Scarousel
This is the first of Wizard101's bundles in some time now that's only $29 and doesn't offer a gauntlet or house. There are only five or so that I recall, the most recent of which was the Shinobi Bundle. The $29 cards offer something like a PvP arena, a daily reward item, or a special location for your house (i.e. the Mystic Fishing Bundle). The Scarousel is a housing item that's rideable by multiple people and has four views that you can watch yourself from, including one first-person view.
Creepy Clown Car Mount
Wizard101's first ever four-person mount has arrived! This one is a little bit unique. There's a trend with Wizard - when they develop some new wizarding abilities, they tend to use them quite often in the future. After they developed all of the underwater animations and movements and so forth for Celestia, we got an underwater location in virtually every world after it. Similarly, now that we've got the ability for our character to disappear in a mount (the Bat Swarm being the first), I suspect we'll see it more.
The Creepy Clown Car hold four people (you'll need to be in a group to ride along). It also provides the new and improved 50% speed bonus, meaning an entire questing group can travel very quickly.
Booloon Pet
Bundle pets are usually some of the most unique, and the Booloon is no exception. I would say it's another must-have for pet collectors, but if you're not a fan of clowns, this one may not be for you.
The Booloon has a starting pedigree of 69 with three epic talent slots. It has the usual socket at ancient and provides a Rain of Fire spell at Baby.

Spooky Carnival Outfit & Throwing Knife
The gear in this bundle seems to resemble the recent additions to the Gloomthorn Nightmare Pack. The textures and overall appearance do not appear to be very good quality when compared to other, more recent gear in the game, but the items do provide some interesting stats and cards.
The hat gives two copies of a new spell called Blade Dance, which applies 2 random 45% blades to your entire team for 3 pips. The robe gives a Kiss of Death spell that does 1000 damage and ignores resist to give 750 health to your entire team for 6 pips. This is an interesting concept, as it's essentially like a cheaper Rebirth in which your team gets 750 health and you take around 107 after healing (you could take 0 net damage if you have additional healing bonuses). Finally, the boots give two copies of Frost Minotaur. I can't see most of this gear being used for its stats for experienced players, so these cards are mostly novelty. The robe is a possible exception, offering stellar defenses for players acting exclusively as tanks.
The Throwing Knife, while continuing Wizard101's trend of placing too much emphasis on pip conversion, is coming closer to what we need in a wand, offering universal damage and piercing with a little bit more critical. The best part is the chance to cast Shift Bunferatu, which deals 500 damage and Beguiles an enemy for one round.
The level 120 gear set is pictured above for your convenience. A video will all tiers of the gear and wand is shown below.
